Dr. Njeri Muthaka, HSC, is a passionate servant of faith dedicated to spreading love, hope, and compassion across Kenya and beyond. With a heart set on purpose, Njeri reaches out to communities near and far, sharing the light of faith and inspiring others to join in this journey of love and service.

Educational Journey

A graduate of Communications and Public Relations from Kenya Methodist University, Njeri was awarded the prestigious UGRAD scholarship by the U.S. Embassy, which took her to Emporia State University in Kansas. She is currently advancing her theological and leadership training at Pan African Christian University.

Missionary Work

Njeri serves as a full-time missionary in Kwamaiko, Ngewa Village (Kiambu County), where she dedicates her life to uplifting vulnerable communities and sharing the gospel through acts of love and compassion.

Recognition & Awards

Her selfless efforts earned her the Head of State Commendation (HSC-C) by H.E. Former President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. She was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate by ICHANGE Nations & United Graduate College & Seminary International, recognizing her role as a youth champion and philanthropist.

The Birth of Njeri’s Kabati Foundation

Njeri is the visionary behind Njeri’s Kabati Foundation, a nonprofit based in Kiambu. The word “Kabati” is Swahili for “cupboard” or “pantry” — symbolizing a place where resources are shared freely with those in need. Inspired by James 1:27, the foundation began as a single act of kindness and blossomed into a beacon of hope.

Who We Serve

The foundation supports individuals facing food insecurity, physical disabilities, and elderly people in distress. It acts as a temporary safety net, helping people rebuild and reclaim independence after crisis.

How We Help

Njeri’s Kabati collects and distributes food, clothes, toiletries, bedding, wheelchairs, and more. Stories from successful missions are regularly shared on social media to inspire continued community support and awareness.
